About the Book
“Your True Identity” takes you on a personal journey of self development. By integrating Jesus’ words from two thousand years ago with what He would say in the 21st century in combination with psychology and the author’s experience this book provides a rich and effective process of inward healing.
Identifying hidden traumas and subconscious patterns affecting your quality of life can be revealed with practice sessions in order to advance a healthier spirit and create a greater reality of your true identity. This book does not speak in generalities but speaks to the core issues of human development, from childhood abuse, suppression of emotional pain to the various ways trauma expresses its self. You are not left there. Your True Identity walks you through ten steps of becoming true to your core identity within your spiritual original code of life.
The Author explains some of the concepts in Jesus’ native language, Aramaic, which offers layer of meaning to Jesus’ words. This book is the first ten subjects in a series, offering you the foundation of living from a more genuine core of self.

About the Author
David H. Fastiggi began his spiritual and physical disciplines over forty years ago at the age of 13 when he entered into martial arts and trained for 10 years. At the age of 18, David began a life course of periodic fasting, eating a vegetarian diet, and pursuing spiritual studies. From the ages of18 to 21 David fasted regularly, including 3, 7, 10 to 21 day fasts. He would venture into the Haymes and
David studied several far eastern religions. He also practiced yoga, meditation and studied various theologies including “Prophecy” with the Moody Bible Institute. His studies included clinical nutrition with the New York Institute of Dietetics and he served as the vice president of the World Medical Health Foundation Inc., from 1980 to 1990, and as a vice president of the New York State Naturopathic Society for several years.
