LETTERS FROM CHRIST

Dearest Child,

Hear My calling, for I come to give you peace. Take the time to be still. Listen to My voice. Come to feel the peace. Do not let it go. For in all the disarray, and in all the busy activities of this world, they are unimportant in comparison to eternity. This I give you.

In the stillness you will gain much insight. You will know what to do. You will be centered and your thoughts will not be racing. They will be calmly centered on one direction. That is, on My lead.

If you focus on Me, much will be achieved with little disarray. Others will respond to this peace of direction, and too, know the calmness that comes of putting importance where it counts. Focus on the Love that surrounds you. You will be shielded with this peace and not pulled astray by so many outside distractions.

Know My calling, for I am near. Come to know Me and you, in turn, will know My peace.

“The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace” (Psalm 29:11)

Dearest Child,

Do not fret, nor know fear. For it is not of Me. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything come to Me in prayer. Wait upon My word, and know and trust I will be true. Know I am ever near and know I am ever aware of your joys, your pain, your sadness, and uneasiness. Know that I, too, have felt these emotions, and know, too, that I am ever watchful over your needs.

Be patient. Be faithful. For in your trust, you will be richly rewarded. In times of disarray, know that through your faithfulness in the mist of these trials that a light is ever present. Keep this light within your heart and upon your being as you walk through dark areas of your life. Know My light has not dimmed – but is ever shining. Hold to this truth, and look within to this light and let it lead you through your dark hours. For out of this darkness let Me be a shining ray of hope for which to hold close and dear. It is the hope of My mercy and grace. It is the love I am ever pouring forth upon you.

Come to feel My love. Come to see My light. And come to trust that by holding close to Me, through your faith during times of darkness, that your love will become stronger and the light more radiant.

“This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness” (1 John 1:5).

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin” (1 John 1:5-7).

“And we have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts” (1 Peter 1:19).
