Early September 2002, God ministered to my holistic being. I had been asking why me questions. I was feeling a little discombobulated and dry. I knew that GOD had more for me than this poor lifestyle I was living. Then the pity party started. Why Me GOD?………….
Why me GOD ? I am a loving and compassionate young woman that loves your people. Why don’t I have a soul mate? Why am I alone? I am a good mother, had been a good and faithful wife, a good worker, love children and most of all ---I Love You God.
Why me GOD? Why do I have to raise two children primarily by myself when their biological father is running free.
Why me GOD? Why am I not progressing quickly spiritually? Why do I feel stagnate? Why do I have at times a hard time distinguishing your voice?
As I focused on myself, I realized that I was going through this downward spiral roller coaster. I was beginning to get mentally depleted. I was experiencing spiritual and sexual frustrations. I just was not satisfied anyway I turned. I could not get a break through. I had been fasting, I had been praying and it seemed that My Awesome GOD was missing in action. But little did I know what this mighty, infinite, omnipotent, majestic, omniscient and ever so present GOD was going to birth in my belly.
It behooves us that when we question God - make sure that we are ready to experience what GOD has to reveal to us. He will make it clear and plain. He will meet you where you are.
As I lay in the bed and pondered some possibilities as to why I may be feeling the way I was feeling. I started exploring the I should’ve, I could’ve and the I didn’t do’s but none of it gave me the revelation that GOD was about to unravel before my eyes and deep down in my spirit.
After my interrogation of questions to GOD, the gentleman that he is – he began to penetrate my mind and body in such an orgasmic way. Exploding his infinite wisdom within me – revealing his true beauty. God reminded me that he first loved me and that is why he sent his son Jesus the Christ to redeem, renew, and restore my life exceedingly and abundantly. Reinforcing that he is the TRINITY- OMNI in every way, in every aspect, in every imaginable or non-imaginable expectation. He knew what my life was going to entail even before I was formed in my mothers’ belly and he knew that we were going to have this conversation on this set night. Preparing me for what is to come.
I began to listen attentively to the voice of GOD – the Holy spirit came in and opened my heart, mind and soul filling me with laughter, joy, a great sense of insight and wisdom while increasing my love for WHO GOD is and just how irrevocably awesome and immutable he is.
