How many of us have taken a look back at the ‘tail’ of our lives?

There is a song titled “Spirits in The Material World”, by Sting and the Police. Ever think about the words in song lyrics?

While waiting for a flight at the Denver airport, I was just hanging out, practicing my skills as an unaccredited behavioral scientist.  That’s a fancy way to say “people watcher.”  I felt like I was in a giant waiting room for a ‘Star Trek Hollow Deck’ program.  Each person I observed was experiencing the adventure of his or her own unique individual life program. At these terminals everyone was waiting to board or depart their ride through similar yet different ‘star gates’.

We are spirits in a material world.  We are living in the coolest virtual reality program ever conceived, just like a ‘Star Trek’ hologram stage.  We are Great actors, who have lost ourselves in the roles we play.  It’s like we have amnesia, so that we can experience what we are not.  We keep running around in circles like a goofy dog chasing its tail, in what we call the Human Race.  We have lost focus of our goal or purpose for being, as we compete through the flux of this earth school.

 It is like a scavenger hunt to find our truth.  We have been distracted for so long, it’s time to reconnect and remember what we went shopping for.
