Believers' BootCamp

One early morning while I was praying for a particular direction for my family and me, this picture (movie in my mind; do you ever get those?) of Military Boot Camp kept coming into my head.  I saw this big strong, sweat-dripping, yelling at the top of his lungs, in your face, military sergeant telling this soldier “GET UP!, GET UP!  THERE IS NO SUCH WORD IN OUR DICTIONARY HERE AT THIS CAMP AS “QUIT“, MOVE--.MOVE--MOVE!  GET UP!  GET UP!  WHEN YOU’RE IN BATTLE THERE IS NO TIME TO WASTE!  LET’S GO! MOVE-- MOVE-- MOVE-- YOU CAN DO IT!  YOU WILL DO IT!  GO--GO-- GO-- YOU CAN’T QUIT!  LET’S GO--GO-- GO--!”  This soldier I saw was at the point of physical breakdown, pushing himself beyond his natural capabilities-more than he ever thought possible for himself.   I then saw multitudes of men and women of all different types: strong, weak, tall, short, skinny, over weight, insecure, frail and uncoordinated.  None of the people I saw were capable of ever climbing a rope or a wall.  They couldn’t run a block, let alone five miles or even give the sergeant more than ten push ups.  This particular group appeared to be here as a last resort, a point of uncertainty or failure in life.

Then God showed me a graduating class of proud, clean, strong, bold and confident soldiers.  The picture became clearer and I realized that this was the same group of people who were going through this Boot Camp. The same people you thought would have never made it.  These soldiers came out of this experience absolutely changed.  They were able to accomplish goals they and others never thought possible.  Not only were they radically changed into men and women of discipline, endurance and commitment, but they now serve and protect our country from those who would challenge the freedom you and I have today!

God spoke to me and said, “You and your family are going to go through BootCamp.  This is going to be a serious BootCamp and there is no such word as QUIT!”

It was incredible; I have never felt this type of commitment rise up in my spirit before.  God is always on my mind and I believe I’m God conscious but this was another level I had never felt or known before.  I was excited to get there.

God immediately showed me some Bible and life principles that have been ignored too long.  This BootCamp is going to reestablish these principles in families and couples all over the world bringing restoration, healing, unity and intimacy to our relationships with God and each other by imparting discipline, endurance and commitment back into this generation and generations to come.
