About the Author

Brett Jarvis graduated with a B.S. from Stanford University in 1988 and later received his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in 1993.  He has perfected the skill of power napping while in executive positions at Oracle Corporation and Sawtooth Technologies, a leading supplier of survey research software.  Brett has penned a regular entertainment column and has written extensively for work and pleasure, even receiving actual U.S. dollars for poetry of all things.  Sleep Your Way to the Top: The Power of Napping is his first book.
