About the Book

This book is truly a pioneering publication.  The first of its kind, it is a survival manual for contemporary America.  Less of a how-to book and more of a why-not, it explores the philosophy of adaptagenics and the ways in which it can help you and your family adapt to environmental stress; while strengthening your immune system and reclaiming control of your health.

In addition to the ten adaptagens or nutritional supplements, this book also introduces the author’s own formula to not only calculate but better understand your own individual susceptibility to environmental pollution.  This simple formula calculates your Immunovulnerability Factor of IF number.

The philosophy of adaptagenics seeks to empower each of us.  Your physician can not and will not prevent you from getting sick.  He may even discount the role chemicals and other pollutants play in illness.  It is your responsibility to take control of your health and prevent disease.  This becomes possible through adaptagenics – understand your risk, know your IF number and incorporate adaptagens into your daily nutritional regimen.

Why wait until you or a loved one falls ill to take an interest in nutritional supplements?  Why not start today.
