Rev. 12:7, “And there was War in Heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was his place found any more in Heaven.
Genesis 4: 8, “And Cain talked with Abel, his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.”
In the very beginning of time on earth, with the first family, we find RAGE, and even prior to that, in Heaven, satan rose up against God. Why are we now surprised at what we are facing today? As we have experienced, there is nothing new under the sun. If you live long enough, you will find there are different levels of rage. What the United States experienced on September 11, 2001, is Rage beyond our imagination. Yes, we’ve gotten used to abuse in the family. We even see the drug war as common today. We see the rage on the street from within our youths. But this terror that we’ve recently experienced is a brand new game. I say game, because to the terrorist, it’s a game. Yet lives are being snatched away. Families are suffering the lost of their loved ones. Hope appears to be a thing of the past. Despair everywhere. Even though we are told to live our lives as usual, how can we? The threat of our security is forever over our heads. Just recently, President George W. Bush appointed Governor Tom Ridge to head up Homeland Security. Hindsight is twenty twenty. I know the CIA and the FBI are and have been in place for many years. But why hasn’t Homeland Security come into play long before now? There are so many questions that need to be answered. Why did the United States allow for so many years, people from everywhere to come here? We cannot go and stay in other countries so freely. September 11, 2002 was inevitable. We cannot be everybody’s friends.
I think that’s been our problem. We try to be everybody’s friends. People used to smile in your face and stab you in your back. Well today, it’s different. They smile in your face and stab you in your heart while smiling in your face. You see what
they’re doing, yet do nothing about it. The United States was and is the same way. They know the enemy is our enemy. Enemies do what enemies do. They are out to destroy at any cost. Yes, even at the cost of their own lives.
When I look down through the history of mankind and the ways of man, I have to go back to the origin of man. From the beginning, Adam and Eve rebelled against God. They did just what God told them to not do. Thus, generational curses began. Now, look at Cain and Abel. They were both in the field, two brothers. They both knew what God required as a sacrifice. Yet Cain the oldest, gave God a sacrifice from the ground that was cursed. Being the oldest, he knew before Abel that God required a Blood Sacrifice. Adam had
