Monica Moton Williams and Beverly Irwin Finklea have experienced the true meaning of sisterhood in many ways besides having the opportunity to write this book. Both are active members of the following organizations; The Order of the Eastern Star and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in the states of Texas and Ohio respectively.
