Slatter Slopey/The Angel's First Visit

This story begins when God calls one of His guardian angels to his side and says “I have explicit instructions for you.  I have created a child that I have chosen to receive a great gift from me.  However, she will struggle with adversity early in her life, and will suffer for a period of time with confusion and one of the most deadly illnesses known to mankind, discouragement.  She has feelings of despair because she lacks understanding and spiritual guidance.    She is at a point in her life when she needs to be able to physically grasp a hold of a little bit of heaven.   She needs a reason to dream. You will be a heavenly ambassador to her, guiding and protecting her at all times through out her life.  In order for her to be able to accept my divine gift, she must first accept me.  In order for her to accept me, her broken heart must be healed.  You will be instrumental in helping her with this process.   Because she is so young, she is free-spirited and strong willed.  However, she is also easily frightened.  You must use the simplest of my creations for visual representations to express to her how much I love her.  Because she has suffered the loss of her beloved mother at such an early age, she will develop a difficult pattern to her life causing her to try and take from people what they do not have to give.  This will cause her life to become much more complicated than it has to be. The best way to restore and strengthen faith is to bridge the gap between heaven and earth.  This bridge is called a miracle. Because the expression of her soul is beginning to reflect the same darkened appearance of her broken spirit, I will allow you to perform miracles.

You must help her to realize that encouragement is to the human spirit what rain and sunshine is to the lilies of the field.  She needs to know that it is through change, that she will learn to have vision in her life.  She will also learn that in order to get through difficult times, she must accept the changes she will endure during her life. Her life will ultimately reflect who she is.

You will present yourself to her three times, as someone else, besides the Angelic host that you are.  During each visit, you must tell her that I am real and I love her very much.  You must be gentle and creative with each approach.  After your third visit to her, I will tell you what gift I am going to give to her.  When the time is right, you will reveal it to her in a vision.  The family I have placed her with is poor in material possessions.  However, because of their abundant wealth of love for me, they are very rich.  They will teach her My ways.”

Then God smiled at the angel and spoke once again.  “Do you have any questions?”  The angel standing at perfect attention in front of God then said “Yes, I do. What is her name?”  God then chuckled to himself and said in a tender, loving voice.  “Her name is Slatter Slopey.”  The angel then said, “Do you want me to tell this child my name?”  Without any hesitation, God said, “Yes, tell her your name is Agape. You may use your name in any way you choose.”  Then, with one loud flap of his massive powerful wings, Agape, the guardian angel began the journey to earth.
