About the Book
THE STALKING GAME is a tightly woven
suspense/thriller novel featuring a woman in jeopardy.
The heroine, a registered nurse, falls into the
clutches of a maniac suitor who stalks and abuses her. While dealing with the stalker, she
accidentally uncovers a secret scheme by a U.S. Senator to develop and market a
cure for AIDS.
The senator, who stands to profit in several ways
from the development of the miracle drug, hires a hit man to kill the heroine
when he erroneously deduces that she has teamed up with the stalker to steal
the drug formula from him.
With help from her mother, several friends, and the
unexpected support form two unlikely sources, the heroine rises to the
challenge of overcoming the many fears that have plagued her life from without
and within.
About the Author
Rob Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree form The
University of South Carolina. He spent
five years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator/Carrier Pilot.
After his stint in the Navy, he spent two years
studying fiction writing at the famous Writer’s School of Westport,
Connecticut. He further honed his
writing craft by persistence and hard labor.
Rob has published several short stories, articles,
and essays in local regional publications.
The Stalking Game is Rob’s third novel, and he is currently working on a
fourth.
