About the Book
Joe Runyon was born in Indiana and grew up in farm
country. Rosalee Huber grew up in farm
country in Montana. Both poets met at
Rosalee’s T.V. show, Recipes For Living. They soon found out that their poetry had much in common. As you read their poetry you will see their
friendship develop.
This is a fascinating book. One to return to again and again as the
mystery of two lives illuminates our larger story. The language is the language of poetry-authentic, original and
passionate. In Sand Castles, Joe’s and
Rosalee’s poems are inextricably intertwined.
This book was a promise kept.
