Cecelia is an experienced software tester and technical support specialist with extensive hands-on experience using and teaching SQL. She writes and facilitates on-line courses (Introduction and Intermediate SQL) that are offered through hundreds of accredited colleges, universities, and other educational facilities around the world. She also facilitates on-line technical courses for ITT Technical Institute and Park University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in computer information systems.
