About the Author
LaNae Harris is a person who loves to see others
enjoy life. Understanding that all
things are not equal, she has the greatest respect for the results of giving as
she knows that helping someone in need presents opportunities that would not be
available without another stepping in to help.
She is not financially rich, however, she is
extremely rich as her heart is truly made of gold. She is very sincere when she writes that those little things that
each of us does for each other in our day-to-day lives do make a difference in
our quality of life. She uses a unique and creative way to assist people in
seeing the infinite scope of giving and the impact that it serves both the
giver and receiver.
After receiving her Masters in Education, Guidance
and Counseling, LaNae worked at a Drug Rehabilitation Facility associated with
Bethany Hospital in Chicago. After a
little over four years, she transitioned into the corporate world where she
spent the last nine of her twenty-three as a Systems Director in the northern
suburbs of Illinois.
Today LaNae is retired from the corporate
world. She uses her time improving her
quality of life as well as better defining her character by perfecting one of
the ingredients that make up her purpose for living, that of giving.
