About the Book

Home School: Where Learning Is For Life takes the reader through twenty years of the Cross family’s home schooling adventure, but it doesn’t end there. It is crammed full of wisdom learned by trial and error, both from other families and many years of their wonderful experiences. It is packed with helpful information and practical tips that can be used for many years to come. Most importantly, it walks the reader through their spiritual journey. Each chapter begins with a verse specifically chosen to lead the reader home. Home School: Where Learning Is For Life is a book of hope and encouragement from beginning to end was written to serve families, especially mothers in the home who are looking for help and confirmation that they’re on the right path. Home School: Where Learning Is For Life is an answer to the call of God to “feed my sheep.” At a time in our nation’s history when the definitions of God, human being, family, male, female are being redefined, here is a book about simple belief, unfaltering faith and obedience. What are other authors saying about Home School: Where Learning Is For Life “I laughed, I cried, I identified. This book doesn’t sugar coat or see home schooling through rose colored glasses but it honestly challenges, encourages and reflects the heart of a woman of God.”
