Ms. Rogers is a nationally acclaimed fitness consultant having appeared on numerous television programs.
She is a personal and corporate fitness pioneer who has designed stress reduction and exercise programs for such giants as Rockwell International, Hughes Aircraft and Redken Laboratories. As a dance professional, lecturer and relaxation therapist, she provides classes in movement and creative expression.
Ms. Rogers facilitates longevity courses as a certified senior wellness instructor. She is also a licensed practitioner and spiritual counselor.
Ms. Rogers has two sons. She is 64 and currently resides in Bellingham, Washington. Her parents recently celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary. Her father is 100 and her mother is 91 years young!
