About the Book

The purpose of this book is to help a teenager over come desires of self-destruction. It worked for her. It was by her request that it was revised for publication. The idea was to make life seem more difficult than any of their own lives for the purpose of making one feel their life isn't so bad after all, thus, pulling the attending one from their depression.


About the Author

Ernestine Jane (Wilson ) Tebo was born in the village of Parishville, New York called Sterling Pond. She is the daughter of Walter and Amanda Wilson.

She is one of twenty-two children of the late Walter Wilson, the late Margaret (Shampine) Wilson, and the late Amanda P. (Lottie) Wilson.

She attended Parishville Central School. She Married Robert P. Tebo on March 22, 1952. She has six children from her marriage, and brought up a stepdaughter from Robert's first marriage. After marriage, she went on with home studies, and earned three diplomas. Belongs to the International Poetry Hall Of Fame and holds a certificate of merit of Recognition for the Most Famous Poet for year 2000. She is a distinguished member of the International Society of Poets. She holds four editor choice awards, seven other certificates of merits, also a golden certificate of merit for ability to write songs and lyrics. Has life membership of the community Hospital. Served on a committee for The Boy Scouts of America Troop 28, served several years as a Cub Scout den mother, many years as a Sunday school teacher, Church Clerk, Secretary of Trustee's, and served as Chairman of the Trustee's. Tebo is a member of the First Baptist Church of Oswegatchie, New York.

The author was a chef for eighteen years at the Newton Falls Paper Mill. She eventually retired from the mill, as a laborer after eighteen years, as a paper maker.

She is a widow, of the late Robert P. Tebo, a World War II veteran. He was called home with his Lord, May 17, 1998.
