About the Book

There are thousands of people who have never had these experiences, so I would like to reinforce the role that spirit plays in this world. I was told those on earth are a bridge to other worlds. I would like other people to realize how beautiful the spiritual can be. We are never more than a breath away from spirituality. Thus, I wish to let others know how real the spirit world is and how hard spiritual beings attempt to help make our lives work with in the confines of the physical world. It is difficult to share when there are so few who "see;" but it is up to those of us who do "see" to be brave enough to bring these workings of the spirit world to the attention of those in the physical world. I have ventured into unknown places where I have learned that my journey was the goal.

When we are all able to believe and "see" what it is that brings our choices to life, we will expand our knowledge tenfold. I will share the magnificence of the visionary life that lies behind the scenes, as I discovered the special potential locked within. The act of creating sculpture helped me to explore this in depth. Whenever we expand our knowledge as human beings, the road is never easy. We are constantly challenged to question, but when there is a truth revealed to us; it is a gift and we share a responsibility to expose others that they too may keep a foot in each world.

These sixteen sculptures share knowledge, both informative and inspirational, including angels, spirit guides, devas, and out of body experiences to name a few. Never have such a variety of experiences from the spirit kingdom been seen under one cover. It will spark your curiosity and amaze your heart.

Hopefully you will have an interest in viewing my work. If so I will be happy to supply you with a copy.

About the Author

I was born in a small town in the Adirondack Mts. and except for the time during my college education, have spent my life in the mountains. They have always been my source of strength and beauty, an ideal place for an artist to evolve.

After completing high school in North Creek, I went to Albright Art School at Buffalo, and received my teaching degree. After two years of teaching, I traveled around Europe enjoying the beautiful masterpieces I had been studying.

Upon my return, I spent one very involved year with the Newark, N. J. educational system, before starting graduate work at the Academy of Fine Arts and the University of Pennsylvania.

My formal training completed, I returned to the mountains and purchased a home, where I stayed until my marriage.

After my marriage to Cecil VanNostrand in 1961, we moved to the farm. Cecil, my husband, owned a retail business in dairy and an apple orchard. Together we worked the business and I also taught art at the local central school for 25 years. Cecil and I have three grown sons, all successful on their own. Forty years later, we are still living on the same property.

We are surrounded by mountains, overlooking a lake, and this is where all my visions have transpired.
