SOME-1 CAME 2 SEE ABOUT ME,
SOME-1 CAME 2 SELECT ME,
SOME-1 CAME 2 SAVE ME
SOME MAY CALL MY WRITINGS TRASH
AS THE TALES ELEVATE FROM WITHIN MY SOUL,
DEPENDING ON MY MOOD WHEN I WRITE
LIKE A STARTLED DEER I WANTED 2 FLEE.
MY LEGS GREW WEAK.
MY SOUL WOULD NOT CLOSE.
BUT HIM "EYE" COULD NOT SEE.
INSIDE I FELT HIS PRESENCE
OUTSIDE I PLEADED INNOCENCE,
4 SINFUL CRIMES I DID COMMIT.
FROM A LIFETIME OF AGONY.
IT’S HARD 2 LET MY FEELINGS SHOW,
BUT I HAD 2 LET U KNOW.
HOW THAT SOME-1 CAME
AND NOW EVEN I GLOW.

OTHERS MAY LABEL IT AS CASH
"I TREASURE THEM LIKE A PERSONAL STASH."
WHY I WRITE AND CAUSE PEOPLE 2 EXCITE,
IS ONLY A MYSTERY HELD DEEP INSIDE OF ME.
WHEN THE STORY BEGIN TO FLOW,
NO 1 KNOWS WHERE I WILL GO.
"EYE" CONSTANTLY FOCUS UPON AN INEVITABLE GOAL.
THE WORDS RELUCTANTLY TRAVEL THRU MY MENTAL STATE,
ARRANGING THEMSELVES ON PAPER
AS IF THEY CARRIED NO WEIGHT.
SOMETIMES EVEN MY-SELF I TEND 2 EXCITE.
THE PICTURES WHICH ALWAYS FORM IN MY HEAD,
STAY WITH ME LONG AFTER I’VE GONE 2 BED.

About the Book
Have you ever read a poetry book, which crossed the lines of modern day subjects such as Love, Religion, Inspiration, Sex, Race, and Self-Preservation? Well my book entitled With All "EYE" Know, offers just that. With All "EYE" Know was written with numerous common/uncommon life situations and thought patterns in mind. My poetry covers something for all ages and walks of life. I assure YOU that a person would be hard-pressed not to find countless similarities as they read through the various poems that are within With All "EYE" Know. Communication has long since been the key to solving many of life’s problems that are encountered daily. With All "EYE" Know steers the human mind towards realistic solutions. I have shared my poetry with many people across the world from east to west and north to south whom had or were dealing with the problems of life, and I am pleased to say that they have all walked away with a better understanding or approach towards the success of their lives. A Publishing House will gain immense benefits from my book by suggesting it as required reading to all formal universities, colleges, and schools of any type, not to mention, the vast book stores whom are eager to acquire at least one book with line crossing, mind stimulating ideas, and views rarely seen by many. I KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT WANT TO PUT MY BOOK DOWN IN ANY FORM ONCE YOU’VE OPENED YOUR MIND TO IT. I TRULY THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION WITH THIS MUCH NEEDED BOOK FOR THE WORLD.

About the Author
In the spring of 1967 Lewis V. Wilkerson was born in Houston, TX, the youngest of five children living in a small house. He had to grow up quick and learn the rules of being poor living in the rural areas of Houston well known as the "WARD," a label placed on the hardest ghettos of Houston. There are 6 different "WARDS" all numbered sequentially and Lewis had the privilege to live in every one of them not to mention Allen Parkway Village," one of the many different projects still in existence today. The "WARDS" was short for reference to the Crazy Ward of the many Hospitals located in Houston. The Events, Deaths, and Dysfunctional emotions I’ve seen in the Wards represented what I saw throughout My 18+ yrs. of living there, but I do not regret nor will I exchange them for nothing in this world. From a small child I had great expectations for my life and I learned an enormous amount from my older brothers and my sister, which helped me to stay focused and excel. Through their mistakes and accomplishments I have learned to levitate from what could have been a short life. I joined the US Navy in 1985 and am currently on active duty. I have traveled extensively and have seen places/people whom are living through Crazier Wards than I have. Wherever you are when you read this take a moment and thank GOD! for your present situation and thank Him for not placing you into a worse situation.
