By knowing yourself, you will be able to tune your whole being to the sensitive rhythms of life. IT’S NOT MAGIC. The key to good health and future success in life lies in your own subconscious mind and being able to focus on a meditative type of thinking. This would enable you to channel the wave cycles of your brain allowing you to create "positive healing patterns."
You possess the tools to strengthen your own mind and establish contact with your-self and develop your total being . . . All it takes is your own desire and the "power of positive thinking."
What your are going to learn to do here is to allow yourself to be a transmitter as well as a receiver; a vehicle to raise awareness; and to be able to send a response which will enable people to make the connection with their "divine self." In simpler words: We’re going to tune you in; heighten your perceptiveness; and give you the knowledge to be able to explain what you’ve received and the ability to give the client or person you’re "reading for," the information on what they need to do to make "positive changes" in their lives. Then they can start to bring "good things" to themselves.
Sometimes we have to be the bell-ringer and the puller of peoples’ chains. What is meant here is that most of the time, people are resistant to the initial idea that "they" are the ones that stop themselves from actually "moving forward." Individuals don’t change long established patterns, habits, or ways of doing things overnight, and usually it takes something drastic to happen in their lives for them to even begin to acknowledge that things really aren’t "working right" for them. At times we all find ourselves in these comfortable ruts and it takes a stick of dynamite to dislodge us. These are the "gifts of sight" that you are looking to develop, and along with this comes "positive thoughts, actions, and benefits" that you will end up receiving because of it. By being able to "see" your own way clearer; raising your own personal awareness; and being tuned-in to the rhythms of the Earth, the Heavens, and the Universe; for this is a true COSMIC CONNECTION. And then there are the benefits of personal healing, whether it be physical or emotional in nature/or both, a healing in yourself has already started to take place, otherwise there would be no driving need to "SEEK THE KNOWLEDGE."
Change is a process and it is this force that enables you to "see" obstacles as well as the personal resistances that you will meet along the way. Information is like a seed, if you’re not ready to receive it, it will wait until the ground gets nourished and again becomes fertile. In other words: when you open up your mind; learn to relax into a deep meditative state; quiet the mind talk; and listen to your higher powers; you will be able to tune into the positive rhythms of your true self. We’re here to establish that relationship between yourself and your higher powers. Learning to be self-sufficient and responsible for your actions and decisions are the key to "spiritual" happiness. You need to be balanced, protected, and secure to be able to overcome the obstacles in life. When you use your "abilities" to help others, you’re on your way to peace and wholeness. Desires of the earthly kind are seldom satisfying when weighed against the "spiritual" kind. You are the sole authority of your life and you should never let "anyone" tell you "who" you are or "what" you should be. After you’ve mastered the basic skills, almost anything you encounter will be less frightening and easier to deal with. Truth and knowledge are "in" everything. If the information "feels right" than it most likely is---run with it for it is all about learning to trust yourself and the information that you receive . . . to program your mind to work for you and most important, NOT TO BE AFRAID.

About the Author
Virginia was born in 1941 in San Mateo, California, and at the age of 17 was aware that she had the "gift of sight," along with the ability to interpret accurately what "needed to be seen" as well as what "needed to be changed" in order to make life fulfilling for the clients who have presented themselves throughout the ensuing years. When she was in her late 20’s she was led to good teachers and assisted a regression therapist for a short period of time. Not knowing the full spectrum of the gifts she had been given, working in the field was enough to know that she was talented "psychically" and had a "calling" to "enlighten others." Afraid of the vast expanse of knowledge that was readily available caused her to question her abilities as it is hard to understand why you have been chosen to "teach" in this area. When she was in her middle 30’s she was approached by a psychic who wanted to harness her powers and make her a "third," but who also worked to do harm to others. Taken down because of her reluctance to work in the "black realm," her faith has been tested on repeated occasions both physically and emotionally and sometimes requiring many years to work through. Knowing that there was something that she needed to do, her clients have repeatedly encouraged her to share her knowledge. Now, through book form as well as her personal inspirational workshops, others are finding alternative methods of manifesting what is important to each. Internationally recognized, her clients come from all walks of life.
