This work is an elemental explanation of how I view the process of how our minds work when we process any and all "sensory" information. We all basically process information the same, because we are a species that has a built in goal/Goal establishing/setting/measurement/ reinforcement mechanism, that always strives to maintain a "specific balance and order" in that "balance and order" is defined as our very personal and very specific interpretation of what our order "looks like",(our belief system) in terms of "should be", and/or "will be", and/or "must be." It also has various emotional identifiers (good and bad) and intensities (high and low) and tolerance bands, (narrow/fundamentalist or wide/liberal) relating to all of it’s intricate stored information, also in a very specific personal value system that overlooks nothing. As all of our stored data is absolutely interrelated, any attempt to reshape our thinking process or belief system, always results in some form of emotionally experienced "comfort/discomfort", that ranges in intensity from "below" the level of our conscious perception, to, an outward expression of traumatic anxiety and/or hysteria. We then experience our observations and "act" out what we believe are the appropriate expressions of our personal behavior as our personal coping model and/or developmental reinforcement scenarios, which causes us to act and feel "appropriate" for our perceived observations. All that "stuff" means is that we work quite hard to maintain our "status quo" in our own terms of just trying to have some kind of a life. Within our own particular brand of "status quo" we have "intentions/Intentions" (conscious and subconscious), that proceed all of our choices, which are designed to support, reinforce, and enhance that special comfort level that is associated with our belief system (intentions) within our "current status quo" or, to make a dramatic break (Intentions) toward an entirely new way of thinking. Whenever we try to make a change, "good or bad," we are let know that "something" is different by the sum of all of our previous experiences and beliefs as "thought conflict". That happens when our perception, through our sensory universe (all we think that we see, touch, feel, taste, and smell) gets screwed up and the pictures that we think we are seeing don’t seem to match what’s going on inside us as previous beliefs. So, something has to give. That means that we "get to" make continual choices within the "safety of our status quo", or we can "just Intentionally choose again," and become totally Self directed and Self developmental, but then, we must also be willing to experience the "price" of a little discomfort in order to Grow. That’s it in a nutshell. This book is about the development of a personal pragmatic methodology to recognize our being in a state of emotional discomfort and then to interrupt the thought process that is currently going on and then to consciously redirect (first by recognizing, then by correctly choosing ) our thoughts to a more appropriately Positive Referral. We thereby develop an "interruption process" that will consciously reframe our belief system, and then move us toward Peace rather than away, and will Reconcile inappropriate beliefs that are from either chaos, and/or illusion/delusion. This work is highly confronting and is designed with some necessary confrontation in mind. Many of the examples specifically challenge your most ‘sacred beliefs’ (religions, racial, ethnic, political, and symbolic), in order to remove any possibility of the continuation of personal denial (within inappropriate beliefs) and/or personal victimization, and to replace it with our own personal Accountability (Salvation) by providing a Mind-Shifting methodology

About the Book
This book is about the pragmatic approach to the development of a Continuous Transpersonal Experience. This is a common sense, no nonsense approach to Spiritualism that anyone can relate to. It causes the reader to understand and learn to believe that our choices are the foundation of our future by way of our referrals and intentions, and then, the understanding of the lessons that are presented to us as a result of that choice. It gradually replaces the fearful victimization process with control of mind, moving away from fear by the focus on what we do want rather than what we do not want, and the reinforcement of a personally developed positive self-talk and reinforcement process. It combines the thinking process of highly motivated positive responses within a framework of Loving Spiritualism. This is a timeless work combining the wisdom of thousands of years with new age spiritualism and highly refined motivational skills.
About the Author
The author is retired from the management of various manufacturing facilities, in various locations, that produced state of the art electronic components. He is currently living in a remote area in Arizona, on 60 acres in a home that he designed, engineered and constructed. In addition to business management, he has extensively studied psychology, mythology, world religions, and the development of civilizations. He has worked extensively in the transpersonal aspects of the psychological relationship between ego duality and Singularity and their interpretation. As a teacher and facilitator of workshops, he has created various teaching and motivational programs to simplify understanding, all focused on self-direction, self-motivation, and self-actualization. He is able to simplify complex topics for a wide range of audiences.
