NUMISMATICA

About the Book

In this novel, a trio of wealthy men rob two numismatic coin shows for gold and leave no trace. Using a novel high speed Aquaclipper trimaran called Prosperity, the ship serves as a staging and getaway platform for East Coast robberies. The team decides that the easiest targets with the most value would be coin shows in Baltimore, Maryland, because of its poor security and one in Orlando, Florida, before the ship returns to its home port of Panama City, Panama. During the voyage, the loot is smelted into personalized gold bars to alter its identity. The ship returns to Panama so the loot can be deposited in Swiss bank accounts. In the background, because of a total lack of clues, the International police organization, INTERPOL, must declare the robberies as perfect crimes. In the end, the trio puts the ill-gotten wealth to good purposes funding medical facilities and an educational platform for the youth.
