About the Book

In this novel, Rory and Nellie Flynn apply the Red Box antigravity device to create a new, revolutionary global residence. An Aerocolony is a circular housing community for 32 residents hovering 1-2 miles above a coast line. The first colony is off of Corpus Christi, Texas, out of the way of hurricanes, crime, pollution and acrimonious politics. The first half of the book details the design, construction, test and check-out of the revolutionary platform community. The second half highlights its utility for commercial real estate, law enforcement and military applications. Even a medical emergency can be effectively treated in the new environment. Dozens of new applications for the Aerocolony are envisioned which develops investor appeal as the new company is listed on the NYSE. In the end, the Flynns celebrate their contribution to democratic principals through their products around the globe.
