About the Book

The inner turning is a reflective exploration of growth, healing and inner change. Through the metaphor of the seasons, I explore rest, unknowing, and inward attention as essential aspects of becoming. Rather than offering quick fixes, the book invites a gentler, more compassionate relationship with change. It acknowledges that transformation can be unsettling and honours the body and nervous system as part of the process.

About the Author

Wendy was born in Preston Lancashire in 1971. She has 4 children, 6 grandchildren, a dog Bruno and is married. Her passion is helping other people and is medically trained. She also works as a Psychotherapist and is a casework supervisor.
