About the Author

MICHAEL R. DAVIS is an independent financial strategist assisting new companies during their start up stage. He is currently serving as a director of Oryxe Energy Int. Inc., an innovative fuel additive company. Michael graduated from Harvard College and pursued graduate studies at the Harvard Business School.
