About the Book

The book is about a Brown Bear and his name was Harley. He was always grumpy and nothing ever cheered him up.

About the Author

I worked there for 23 years and l enjoyed everyday with the children. My name is Helen Cook who wrote the book Harley the Brown Bear. My childhood was good and l came from a middle class family. I had good parents. We did not have much money but we were always clothed and fed. I had a good education and l liked going to school everyday. Also l am a great animal lover my favourite animals are big cats, dogs, and bears. I also collect teddy bears.
