Love, loss, power. Aria faces many opportunities to learn. A tragic accident will help her form into the person she needs to be. She uncovers many secrets in the world of magic, and also her personal world. Things will not be as she thought they would. There is evil lurking all around us, all the time. The important thing is how we react to that evil, and how we let it affect us. We choose who we let into our bubble, will Aria pick the right people? Will she win the battle of literally a lifetime?

About the Author

My name is Maaliyah A. Ruben. Compared to the rest of the world I’m just a small town girl, as some would say, but I like to think differently. I was adopted from Kazakhstan when I was just a baby. I graduated from the Wisconsin National Guard Challenge Academy in december of 2019. I grew up wanting to write books and make movies, and now that’s the plan. I faced a large amount of challenges through my childhood, and my adulthood, but I decided to take that only as experience. I can relate to lots of challenges my main character faces. I want this to help people not feel alone. I intend to inspire people from the bottom of my heart. It’s great I can do that through something I love.
