About the Book

Two in the Field was inspired by God and written in 1995 while studying the scriptures. It is a book that reveals the two types of people in the world from a biblical and spiritual perspective. The dominant theme is taken from a parable of Christ according to Matthew, “Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.” Many people believe that those taken are the church (or the saints) during the rapture. This book will bring light to the subject through a detailing of the two types of people in the world.

About the Author

he author was born in Philadelphia, PA to a father who gave her a love for singing and a mother who sparked her love for words; and she found a new love after a phone call to go to California. November 5, 1978 the author arrived in California after a dangerous bus trip; and that day God gave her glimpses of spirits that work in darkness through people. Fear drove her to find a church, and on April 22, 1979 she was saved, and found her new love. Vivian became a lover of God and His Word at age 18, preaching her first message at age 20. She earned a BA in pastoral ministry from Aenon Bible College, Indianapolis, IN in 2005. In addition to writing adult Sunday School literature for over twenty years, the author published two articles in the Christian Outlook Magazine, Tragic to Triumphant and Pictures of Grace. The author is pastor of Strong Tower Apostolic Community Church in Moreno Valley, CA, a church founded March 1999 by her husband of 39 years. They are humble parents of three adult children who all are college graduates, married, and working in ministry. She strongly believes in feeding the flock of God, maintaining a strong benevolent and spiritual presence in the community, and continuing steadfastly in the apostle’s doctrine despite the changing times, “For there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few.” (1 Samuel 14:6)
