About the Book

Jodi is an 8 year old girl who loves hanging out with her sister, playing on the playground and dressing up. Jodi’s world changed when she and her sister had to move in with some family members. Jodi had a secret that she was afraid to tell anyone. One day she learned that some secrets are not meant to be kept. Jodi’s sister reminded her that she could tell her anything and believe her. Even though it was hard for her to talk about that secret she told her sister the truth about what was happening and it was a relief that someone believed her. This book is to remind our children that there is always someone that they can talk to and that some secrets are not to be kept silent.

About the Author

Nadine Gibson-Anderson is a wife and mother to two beautiful children, she is also a Minister of the gospel, an entrepreneur and accomplished writer. As a migrant from the island of Jamaica writing has become a therapeutic release that inspires her pen to paper mentality to empower and encourage readers.
