Eleven Fourths

About the Book

Eleven Fourths is the story of Oren, as told in his own words, about struggles and trauma he has endured, as well as his adventures. Eleven Fourths is the empathic tale, written by Oren’s mom, as Oren would tell it if he were able. The story provides insight into how an autistic child sees the world and the importance of sensory input to allow those with autism to experience the world as they need to.

About the Author

Sally was born in Maryland. She graduated from NMSU-C in 2003 and has been working as a Registered Nurse for the last 14 years. She is a single mother of 3 boys, Will, Oren, and Kush. Sally hopes to inspire other parents to continue their fight in advocating for their special needs child, as well as provide insight into her and her family’s own personal struggle by publishing Oren’s story.
