About the Book

Victor is the vicar of a small village church in rural England. Despite doubts about his career and his calling, he is an able priest. George is a criminal and a killer. When their paths cross, there is a fight to the death with disastrous consequences for Victor. Before the future can be secure there is another death in violent circumstances.

About the Author

The author is a retired engineer, educated at Aberdeen and Harvard, who ran his own business in custom designed and built assembly machinery. He lives with his wife in Suffolk and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren. He has written two other books and a short history of his golf club. From a lifetime of writing technical documents, he enjoys being able to expand his writing into more romantic areas.
