About the Author

My name is Bailey Ziehmer. I’m eighteen years old and have lived with my amazing grandparents since I was five. My mom passed away when I was nine from drinking and smoking. I’m a very lazy but busy girl. You may see me just staring at a TV screen all day with food in my hands, but that’s not all there is. Sure, I enjoy shows like The Originals and Teen Wolf, but in my mind, I’m coming up with millions of ideas for a new book. I’ve had bad luck in my life for so long that I’ve learned to laugh at it. The quote I live by is “Expect the worst, but hope for the best!” That quote has never let me down, yet. I’ve been through a lot in my eighteen years on this earth, but so have a lot of other people. I want to share my story with people, showing them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Though coming from alcoholic parents and a past that can haunt me at times, every day may be a struggle, but I never let that get me down. I have beautiful friends and family who have supported me through the struggles and prayed for a better day. The first time I published a book was the day people prayed for. Though this is only my second book, I want to continue publishing books for a long, long time, along with doing some acting in the future. I may seem like a regular girl, but to some, I am unforgettable.
