About the Book

Follow two sisters as they take you through their fun-filled journey of growing up together in an apartment in the beautiful northeast United States. This fairytale depiction of their carefree summer days was spent playing outdoors and enjoying the treasures life brings of simply being together.

About the Author

Katie is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, which has a climate she finds conducive to creativity due to the area’s natural beauty and distinct seasons. She attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a concentration in digital design. Currently, she attends the New York Institute of Photography and is a member of Greater Cincinnati Photographer’s Club. Since childhood, Katie has always had a passion to write and create art. Her artwork has been displayed in galleries throughout the United States, and she won an honorable mention at the VIVA Gallery in Sherman Oaks, California. She enjoys working in several mediums, some of which are watercolor, collage, India ink, acrylic, pastel, gouache, and colored pencil.
