Benny the bumble bee, bounced around like a popping corn inside the beehive. He bumped into his friends, dripping wet with honey. They shouted at him “Hey, Benny, slow down, its only early morning.” They were still sleepy and lazily buzzing around.

About the Author

Mark Passero is a financial professional that prefers writing and creating story book characters than analyzing spreadsheets and numbers. The muses inside his head are constantly talking to him throughout the day and night. This happened one day, when Benny the bumbling bee kept buzzing loudly around inside his head. He took Mark on a journey to land of adventure. Where Mark saw Benny’s world, friends and one nasty enemy. Besides that with the sweet smelling scent of honey, which was so, over powering. Honey Buddies was born. Mark Passero has been writing for 20 years and belongs to the Schaumburg Scribes, where he has contributed many stories to their yearly chat book from children to fantasy stories. He lives in Schaumburg, Illinois and is married to his lovely wife Cecile with his two adorable children. Jenelle age 9 and Jarrett age 13 with their charming Chihuahua named Simba.
