About the Author

Shantel Valle is an avid animal lover. She received Tigger (her double-yellow headed Amazon), when Tigger was eight months old and Shantel was eight years old, on a beautiful Christmas morning. Shantel lives in Aptos, California, with her husband, son, two Siberian huskies: Blackie and Snow, Pebbles: Moluccan Cockatoo, Valassa: African-Grey, Nayla: Harlequin Macaw, and Arther: Hahn’s Macaw. All of Tigger’s beloved family. This book is in remembrance of all the joy and adventure that Tigger brought to Shantel’s life.
