Born Innocent Joseph Kalia Ewulum, he hails from the Southeast Nigeria, Nkpor, Anambra. I .J. Kalia has a PGDE from NTI, Kaduna and a BSc. from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. As an eclectic writer, he dabbles in contemporary novels and poetry for both teen and adult audiences. He lives partly in Keffi, Nasarawa, and Abuja, Nigeria.
