About the Author

JEFFREY ELLIOTT CRUZ earned his Associate of Arts degree in Business and History from West Valley College in Saratoga, California. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with an additional emphasis in writing, from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Mr. Elliott later obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, California. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Real Estate Department at Mission College, also in Santa Clara, and maintains a small private law practice in San Jose, California. EMILY JANE ELLIOTT NARDUCCI, the daughter of Jeffrey Elliott Cruz, began writing at an early age. Her contribution to this work, “Memories,” was composed shortly after the passing of her grandmother, Carol Marilyn Curtis. She resides in Afton, Wyoming, where she is the proud mother of several children.
