Unemployment is world biggest problem. Due to unemployment terrorism is increasing. Because of it crime rate is going up. This is not India, but International problem. Youths are not getting marriage in time. Parents are dying in the wait that their educated children will get jobs and they will marry but it is not happening. With this their children are not getting well education. Late marriages are failing. This has disturbed our society badly. Intoxication and drugs problem is also increasing due to unemployment. Murder and suicide cases are increasing. This book is based on the struggle of an employee. He fights with evil through out the life but nobody help him. So at last he suicide, but not compromise. This is failure of our system. Author has tried to say that democratically governments don't do all well. In such governments only those people get benefit who are near the government and has approach. Those people are very less in number who take the benefit from government. Maximum people always remain cut from government. System remain same at any party rule. Struggle of common man never end. Political parties aim is to come in to power by any way. Because of it rules have been making on the caste, colour, religion and sex. Governments decisions are not partial. Due to it armed organizations are taking birth. Author writes that our social level is going down. In such situation we can not built a good nation and peaceful world. Author write there should be big changes in system. This should be done at the UN level. International disputes have not getting solution for many years. Because many two or more than two countries are serious to solve problems pending from decades. In such situation a huge budget is spending on defence budget. If we solve boundaries disputes then situation will become normal and no any country have danger from neighbour. In such situation more budget can given to education, health, employment and social welfare. Author has raised question on the pay commission system in India. Due to it economic disparity is increasing. In conclusion Author demand to take step in welfare of people living in bad situation.
