About the Author

Theophilus Ese'Oghene Daniel-Kagbare is a graduate of the University of Benin. He has extensive corporate management including Head of Research in a mortgage finance institution. This book is borne out his strong passion for teaching and research. He lives and work in Lagos, Nigeria.
