About the Book
Mike, Ann, Carl, and Lisa took upon themselves the responsibility of solving the mystery of a robber that supposedly had one “hand.” Along the way they faced hazards, fires, injuries, but also made new friends. Will they be able to catch the robber and his minions, or will Jerry Santanno escape justice? And, what about the “kidnapping?”
About the Author
Chideraa Okeoma was born in New Zealand to Nigerian parents in 2000, he is now 13. He moved to the United States with his family at the age of three. He lives with his mom, dad, two brothers, and his sister, Enyo. He is in 8th grade at Northwest Junior High School in Iowa City, Iowa. He wrote this book out of inspiration from the numerous literary works he has read in his young life. Enyo Okeoma was also born in New Zealand in 2002. She is now 11 and lives with her 3 brothers and parents. Drawing is one of her many talents. She is in 6th grade at Irvine Weber Elementary School in Iowa City, IA. She gracefully provided graphic illustration of some scenes.
