My first memories like those who followed, Mixed of happiness and melancholy, She reassured me and drying my tears, That love is fragile like an old lady And if we approach it every day more, Cruel death never cares of our ages, It is more present in my heart than ever That love and life can reborn from a thought. My eyes closed, Granny, I feel you close to me In a moment our present unites with our past Laughing and singing, having you just for me My love, like a child, forever transcended. And since we can’t bring back those who left us for heaven We have to love stronger those who are still alive, My love forever and ever will be eternal To the one who is for me more than a legend. ...........................

About the Book
From the first time Mikael LE ROY wrote a poem and the first poetry competition that gave him the desire to continue, to this book he finally published, he had in his mind that each poem, each sentence, each word he wrote was a part of him and an opened gate through his soul. “To write a poem, that’s to engrave its mind wonderfully like an original and unique print… To write a poem, that’s to think after pronouncing a name, a word, letter by letter. And to emphasize that name, that word, that’s what I call to Love Aloud.” ML This poetry comes from his heart, from his soul, from his hopes and his fears and finally, more than everything, from the imagined world of a dreamer that he is: a Poet.
About the Author
Born in 1975, Mikael LE ROY is an author and writer who made poetry his chosen field. Son of the painter known as Eve who taught him her passion of Art and her art of Passion, he graduated from Brittany (France) with a degree in Literature, Philosophy and had also a specialty in Foreign Languages. After graduating, he studied at the University School of Law and Political Science for a couple of years. He began to be passionate in reading and writing poems when he was 12 years-old and since then, he never stopped. Years after years, his only quest has been to perfect his poetic forms and technics. Rewarded several times and published by magazines, that’s when he arrived in New York City in 2010 that he finally decided to share with us a part of his treasure he called “Confidences”, for the pleasure of the passionate readers and enthusiasts of Poetry that we are.
