About the Author

Jewel is an aspiring Poet who has performed numerous poetry recitals at schools, churches, and community events in Missouri. She has witnessed through poetry to inmates, served as Co-host on KSTL 690 A.M., Christian Broadcast Radio Station, and was featured as Guest Poetess on Jim Collier’s T.V. Show. Published works include two poems, “Leaves from Trees” in World Treasury of Great Poems, Vol. II, and “Trials” in Great Poems of the Western World, Vol. II. Jewel is retired, and resides in Florissant, Missouri with her husband, Bob. They have two children and eight grandchildren. Jewel is a Christian, a Red Hatter, and this is her first book. “Use what you have. Your gift will make room for you in a crowded world and bring fulfillment.”
