About the Book

Free with words is a collection of seventy eight poems that aim to inspire, motivate and educate the reader. This is a book like no other. It covers various different topics that are common to most of us. The book gives a clear insight into the Author’s creative ability. It also reveals her strong desire to share her thoughts with others, in the form of poetry. The poems within this book are fuelled with enthusiasm, imagination and energy. Read and be intrigued.

About the Author

Abenaa Kyeremeh was born in London in 1971 and is of Ghanaian parentage. She was educated in North London and continues to live there. Since becoming a born-again Christian in the year 2000, Abenaa’s love for poetry has grown. She credits Jesus Christ as being her main source of inspiration for encouraging her to write. Although many of Abenaa’s poems have a spiritual element running through them, she has the ability to write also about various different topics. Some of which include her experience of living in London and travelling to Ghana. Abenaa has spent the past sixteen years of her life struggling with bouts of depression. This has led her to be sectioned under the mental health act in psychiatric hospitals on numerous occasions. However, she feels that this difficult experience that she has had to cope with has made her stronger and helped her to develop as a writer.
