The week after Christmas Tyler was playing in the schoolyard with his classmates while still thinking about Santa and all of the gifts Santa brought him. I wonder what Santa is doing right now, Tyler thought. Tyler started to think more about Santa and the kind of job he does. So he decided to ask his friends in the schoolyard, “Where does Santa work after Christmas?” Tyler asked Gavin, “Where does Santa work after Christmas?” Gavin replied, “Maybe he works at an airport as a pilot and flies big planes and takes people to visit many places like Iceland, Italy, or Fiji.” “Awesome!” Tyler shouted with happiness. Tyler asked Aaron, “Where does Santa work after Christmas?” Aaron replied, “Maybe he works at a bakery as a baker and bakes cakes, cookies, or different kinds of breads.” “Awesome!” Tyler shouted with happiness.

About the Author
At the age of thirty years young, I was forced to face the biggest obstacle of my life. I was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. While undergoing chemotherapy, I went back to college and received my master’s degree in children’s literacy. It is now six years later and I am in full remission. I currently reside in Edison, New Jersey. I am a preschool special education teacher, and I love and take great pride in my career. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smiles on my student’s faces as they overcome the challenges they face on a daily basis. I consider myself to be very successful, along with being extremely proud of where I came from. I continue to remain humble and feel blessed with the people I surround myself with: God, my family, and my great friends. In my spare time I love to work on my many arts and crafts projects, such as stained glass, card designing, writing children’s books, and jewelry design.
