About the Book

The Virtue Of Split Personality - Is a Mysterious, Humorous and Romantic fiction drama story about Identical twins, who are controversially given the same name by their Grandfather and the eventual love at the first sight with a chance for Christopher, one of the twins to make contact and reveal his feelings to Penelope, that almost but tragically never came as he tragically dies.

Mysteriously, Christopher’s love does not die with him. His love for Penelope lives on as he spiritually pursues to love her. Unfortunately, that proves futile. However, he goes on to love her physically through his twin brother.

About the Author

My name is Patson Chifumbe born in 1972 in Livingstone, Zambia. My father’s name is Patrick Jack Chifumbe and my mother’s name was Rosemary Mulonda Kayombo. I have no recollection of my mother because she died while I was still very young. I’m the fourth born from a family of two brothers, of which, one is deceased and two sisters on my mother’ side. Apparently I’m still number four of three brothers and three sisters on father’ side including the one that past away. I’m married to Prudence Kalunga Mibenge and blessed with a three year old son, Mukamba is his name. After my mother died my grandmother took my brothers, sisters and I to Mongu. I started my education in Mongu in the western province of Zambia at Malengwa primary school and continued the same at Zambezi Primary in Livingstone, in the southern province of Zambia when - one of my sisters and I got back to join our father after been separated from him for almost ten years. I then went on to do my secondary education at Mosi-O-Tunya secondary school in Livingstone but after going through the grade 9 exams, I went to Chikankata secondary school, a Salvation Army mission boarding school in Mazabuka. After completing my secondary school, I joined Zambia railways and was sent to the Zambia Railways training school in Kabwe and was trained as a shunter. Upon completion of the course I was posted to Livingstone where I got to work as a shunter for four years and later got to do administration work in the office the Operations manager, among which I was the Insurance claims officer and later a Regional traffic coordinator the position at which I left the company in 1998 and I have not worked since then. While working I endeavored on trying to get a professional qualification. I got to do Advanced Law and Marketing respectively and I’m a holder of two Merits Advanced Certificates of the two courses from the University of Zambia Center for Continued Education in Livingstone. In my free time I began to write what I considered were scripts for feature films but when my friends got to see what I was doing they advised me to convert my so called scripts into books which I have since done. The two books are: - The Virtues of Split Personality and Home Is Where My heart is. I have two copyright certificates for both books from the Library of Congress in Washington DC in the United States. Currently I’m a Managing Partner for a Tourism company called Bantu Pathfinders ltd.
