About the Author

She has nerdiness about her with her Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA in International Business. But if you ever find Sonia quiet in a crowded room, it’s not because she’s anti-social, shy or even introverted. It’s because something noteworthy is happening and she’s planning on using it as fodder for her next book. In the words of her all-time favorite writer Dorothy Parker, "The first thing this New Yorker does in the morning is brush her teeth and sharpens her tongue." So tread softly when you open her book. When shit hits the fan, she's on the floor with a surgical mask scooping every last chunk of it. Revelations for Genesis was her first book- a compilation of poetry that journaled her life growing up in California, her travels to Europe and Asia, and her experiences as she made her way to her current home in New York. Her second book however is set by the rhythm of its own chaotic orders of things and was inspired by real accounts through the people she'd come across in her journeys.
