About the Author

Tori Leggard is the pen name for Dr. Tasha Austin who is a graduate of Douglass College and Rutgers School of Graduate Studies. From the colorful urban communities of New Jersey to the vibrant city of València, Spain, her love of world cultures and languages blossomed into a way of life. Presently, she works as an associate professor, engaged community member and language education advocate.
