My book is a celebration of life's tragedies and triumphs. God allowed me to put what I was feeling into words that hopefully might touch somebody. I believe that there is a purpose to my writing. About the Author

Hi! I'm Shamekia Wilson; to be honest I don't know what qualifies me to write a book. I've never written a book but I've read thousands. . I live in Prince George County, VA. I live with my family, (father Jackie, step mother, Carol, step brothers, Jerron Ramsey, Jason Ramsey, Joseph Ramsey,) due to severe health issues I have a mother, Evelyn, and a brother, Jackie II and sister, Yannell that live in MD with their spouses, Minister Anthony Johnson and my nieces Arianna and Cierra and my Sister in law, Jahmilla. I am a Davita Dialysis patient in Petersburg, Va. I am proud to say that I am certified in dialysis machine set up and lab values. I am also a student at John Tyler Community College. I am majoring in education with a specialization as a teacher’s assistant. I am steadily working towards a degree one class at a time. Even with the trials and tribulations I go through I always thank God that He is with me everyday.I love reading romance novels and poetry. I have 6 best friends that I've had for many years, Nicole R. Nicholas and Nicole D.Hurst. Wendy LaBelle, Jamie Foote, Erica Wright AND Leah Alexander. They are loyal and true friends Then there are my Aunts, Carol Shoto, JoAnne Johnson, Jaki Diaz, Virdene Edwards, Sharon Melvin, Lynnette Wilson. Linda Mayers,My Uncles, Melvin(Fred) Wilson, Perez Wilson, My Grandfather, Julious Wilson and last but definitely not least my Cousin Joseph E. Harrison IV. They supported me when I got discouraged.
