About the Book

Nancy's Life Skills class has been very beneficial and impacting for the student-athlete's at Ball State University. Additionally, many of the skills and techniques can be used with younger teens to help them cope with the myriad of issues confronted by young adults on a daily basis. Nancy is very passionate about the life skills that all young adults and teens need to function with their peers on a daily basis.
