When they got into the water it was very cold, but after a while it got warm. Sam was complaining at first but then she forgot how cold the water was, when she looked up at the sunny day.

About the Book
Sam enjoys day trips to the beach. On this trip, she goes to Le Gallion Beach on the French side of Saint Martin. There she enjoys the turquoise waters and sandy beaches which are inviting.
About the Author
Cecilly Anayah Nicholas was born on the unique island of Saint Martin. She was born on “Thanksgiving Day”, November 27 2003. A day that was especially chosen by her parents, because they had a lot to be thankful for. By the age of 2½ she started to attend the “Hillside Christian School”, where she would start to show her ability to write from that very young age. She carries a journal and can be often seen making notes of all that is happening around her. She loves writing and has proven that she is good at it by having written her first book at the age of 7. A real author in the making.
